Cancellation Policy for First Light^® Flower Essence Therapy Consultations

If necessary, you can change your booking within 48 hours of your appointment.
A 20% cancellation fee for an appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be incurred.

First Light^® In Class Workshop Withdrawals and Cancellation Policy

Due to high demand and limited spaces, if you cannot attend or you cancel:

• If you wish to withdraw from a First Light® course you are enrolled in please notify me in writing of your intentions at least 7 days prior to the course commencement date where possible.
• If you choose to withdraw from a course and notify me in writing within 72 hours (3 days) and no later than 24 hours before the course is due to commence, a refund of pre-paid course fees will be made, less a 20% administration charge of the total course fee. You also have the option of attending another workshop of your choice at a later date within a 12 month period.
• If you choose to withdraw from a course less than 24 hours before the course is due to commence, any prepaid fees will be refunded less a 75% administration and cancellation charge. You also have the option of attending another workshop of your choice at a later date within a 12 month period.

Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee for an appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be incurred. As these are sequential session programs a cancellation impacts on the rhythm of the program, therefore I encourage you to ensure you can keep each appointment.

Refund Policy
The HypnoSuccess Soul Coach® and Hypnotique Protocol Esoteric Hypnotherapy® programs are a commitment both to yourself and your soul. If you do not complete it or are unable to do so, no refunds will be given.
