What are flower essences?

Flower essences are a form of energy or vibrational medicine. They contain water and the vibration of a plant. The vibrations of specific plants can address our corresponding specific emotional, mental, and spiritual states. By using a flower essence, we can change our energetic state/vibration to a balanced, harmonious state. They are safe, natural and can be taken by anyone including children and pets. They can be taken orally, sprayed in our energy field, added to food, bath water, moisturisers and much more.

In my commitment to excellence, I have chosen to work with the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® – a range of 185 flower essences made from native flowers, ferns, trees, seeds and plants from the ancient forests of Aotearoa/New Zealand. The First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® are a powerful tool from nature that can assist us to come back into balance, alignment or right relationship with our true sense of self, the soul.

What is First Light® Flower Essence Therapy?

First Light® Flower Essence Therapy is a holistic healing modality, supporting the whole person on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. It has a shamanic basis therefore we explore the underlying issues, the cause of what is going on for you at an energetic level, that is creating your problem.

What happens during a consultation?

We will work together with the power of vibrational medicine, to explore the underlying issues, the cause of what is going on for you at an energetic level. We will then select the corresponding First Light® flower essences to assist you to come back into balance, alignment or right relationship with your true sense of self, the soul. The flower essence blend is dispensed and is to be ingested for one month. Depending on the issue, a follow-up consultation may be necessary.
