What are flower essences?
Flower essences are a form of energy or vibrational medicine. They contain water and the vibration of a plant. The vibrations of specific plants can address our corresponding specific emotional, mental, and spiritual states. By using a flower essence, we can change our energetic state/vibration to a balanced, harmonious state. They are safe, natural and can be taken by anyone including children and pets. They can be taken orally, sprayed in our energy field, added to food, bath water, moisturisers and much more.
What are First Light® flower essences?
In my commitment to excellence, I have chosen to work with the First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® – a range of 185 flower essences made from native flowers, ferns, trees, seeds and plants from the ancient forests of Aotearoa/New Zealand. The First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand® are a powerful tool from nature that can assist us to come back into balance, alignment or right relationship with our true sense of self, the soul.
What is First Light® Flower Essence Therapy?
First Light® Flower Essence Therapy is a holistic healing modality, supporting the whole person on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level. It has a shamanic basis therefore we explore the underlying issues, the cause of what is going on for you at an energetic level, that is creating your problem.
What happens during a consultation?
We will work together with the power of vibrational medicine, to explore the underlying issues, the cause of what is going on for you at an energetic level. We will then select the corresponding First Light® flower essences to assist you to come back into balance, alignment or right relationship with your true sense of self, the soul. The flower essence blend is dispensed and is to be ingested for one month. Depending on the issue, a follow-up consultation may be necessary.
What issues can be addressed?
Issues include pain, anger, loneliness, grief, loss, avoidance, anxiety, stress, life out of balance, deep fears, depression, ancestral hereditary patterns, blocks we can’t get past, not understanding life lessons.

What is Hypnotique Protocol Esoteric Hypnotherapy®?

What is the soul?
The Soul is our true individual identity and a source of true power, it is that inner part of us that we can easily become disconnected or disengaged from and in so doing, losing touch or moving out of relationship with this vital aspect of ourselves. It is part of us that holds all the knowledge of all of our experience in this life and previous lives. It is also that part of us that can easily get stuck, blocked, lost, disconnected and fragmented. The soul can lose or give away its power, or vital pieces of itself as a result of life experience that range from ordinary everyday occurrences, to traumatic, or more challenging life events.
Soul loss
When soul loss or fragmentation occurs, we may be constantly searching for something outside of ourselves. This searching is prompted by a feeling that something is missing, something is wrong, something if ‘off track or off course.’ It can be a feeling of being trapped, blocked, stuck at a deep inner level. Sensing, feeling, intuiting or knowing at some core part of ourselves, at some deep level that something is missing we unconsciously try to fill the gap or the void with external people, possessions, food, etc.

How does it work?

The Healing State of Consciousness© is where you can suspend your current reality. When you experience that, you being to be open to new possibilities, new realities, new worlds and new ways of being. ln this process the soul enters into the dreamtime, into the powerful, intelligent and co-creative world of soul. In this realm a space for soul is created, where soul is free to communicate, free to heal and free to dream and re-story. It is a sacred space where old limiting story lines are identified and cleared and desired new storylines are established.
This is a very powerful process because this is where true deep healing can occur and you can create transformation in your life by re-writing your soul’s story.
