My Story

For years I was the victim of my own life, subservient to the needs of my personality. I was out of touch with my feminine power therefore I didn’t speak up for my needs in relationship and lived my life suffering from huge amounts of shame, guilt and self-recrimination which then resulted in long bouts of depression.

I have now redreamed myself, triumphed and achieved my goal of reconnection and union with my feminine power and created a new definition of myself. I respect and trust my wise woman within, communicate my needs in relationship and I am at peace with my divine feminine power.

I am now committed to provide you with the tools you need to create a new definition of yourself, to be all you can be. To reconnect with your divine feminine power and to discover what that means for you. To find inner peace, balance and harmony. To redream a new story.

My background is in health and complementary medicine. I am a registered Podiatrist, Reflexologist, First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand^® registered Practitioner and Tutor, and a Hypnotique Protocol Esoteric Hypnotherapist^® and HypnoSuccess Soul Coach^®. I live in Christchurch, New Zealand.
